A regenerative infrastructure company requires a Design Manager/Process Engineering Lead.

The role supports the delivery of complex water infrastructure projects, including advanced water treatment facilities. You will lead conceptual and detailed process design for major water treatment projects.

  • Lead process design, oversee modelling, system optimization, and integration of emerging technologies
  • Provide technical direction and review of engineering deliverables, procurement specifications, and design documentation
  • Champion value engineering initiatives to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and long-term operability
  • Presents design concepts and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and clients

You will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams, mentoring junior engineers, and promoting a culture of technical excellence in your work.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in senior technical roles within water infrastructure, with a focus on process engineering and leadership.

A degree in Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline is required.
