Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished engineering leader to drive technical excellence in water and wastewater treatment. The ideal candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary team, contribute to business growth through innovation, and ensure quality and compliance standards are met.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and technical leadership to engineering teams.
  • Oversee the design, commissioning, and delivery of water and wastewater treatment systems.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and safety in design.
  • Engage with clients and suppliers to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Support business development activities by providing engineering input.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety, environmental, and engineering standards.

Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in engineering roles within the water or wastewater sector.
  • Strong background in process or chemical engineering, with exposure to membrane systems.
  • Proven leadership experience managing engineering or technical teams.
  • Experience overseeing the design, commissioning, and operational optimization of treatment plants.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with project managers and external partners.
  • Chartered Engineer (CPEng) and/or RPEQ eligibility preferred.
