Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyze operational & insurance incidents, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Conduct initial assessments and documentation of incidents, providing clear and concise information.
  • Collaborate with Risk & Compliance teams for incident resolution, ensuring seamless communication and timely outcomes.
  • Liaise with key partners and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and achieving shared goals.

What You'll Bring:

  • 1-2 years of experience in superannuation or insurance, with a solid understanding of industry regulations and best practices.
  • Understanding of RG277 principles and SIS regulations, with the ability to apply them effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in data analysis and visualization.
  • Experience in incident management or similar analytical roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and clearly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
