Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 per annum + superannuation + approved overtime (dependent on experience). Additional benefits include a supportive team and company culture, parking onsite, parklands and shops nearby, norwest location, and gym onsite.

Job Description

As a Claims Consultant at Kennedy Reid, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting initiatives relative to the evaluation, processing, and handling of insurance claims. Your duties will include:

  • Providing support to your allocated assessor
  • Assisting with reports
  • Reviewing claims to ensure invoicing requirements are met, updating accounts as necessary, and answering inquiries
  • Reviewing and managing a portfolio of claims
  • Making outbound and inbound phone calls
  • Responding to claim enquires and resolving queries
  • Managing a database
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment. Insurance or claims experience is highly regarded, and you will need to possess great customer service skills, top communication skills - both verbal and written, and skills in problem solving, time management, and interpersonal relationships.
