We're seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our store as a Cleaner and Trolley Collector Team Member. As a member of our Proactive Services team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our store is always clean, tidy, and safe for our customers and colleagues.

About the Role

This is a part-time and casual opportunity with flexibility to work early mornings (starting at 10am) or late nights (finishing at 10pm), including weekends. You'll have the chance to start your career journey with a company that has endless opportunities for growth and development.

You'll be responsible for completing specific cleaning tasks on a schedule, collecting trolleys, and supporting the store with waste processing routines. To help you with this, you'll be fully trained to operate a variety of equipment and will have access to tools that make your job easier and safer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete tasks allocated to you in the daily planner such as sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays, and team room, and emptying bins.
  • Collecting trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas.
  • Work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs.
  • Help our customers in-store by answering questions or providing directions.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about growing their career in the cleaning and trolley collection space. You'll bring a good eye for cleanliness and small details, as well as physical fitness to comfortably handle the demands of the role.

You'll also need to be able to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs. Flexibility to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm is essential.
