Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Cleaner & Trolley Collector Team Member to join our Proactive Services team at Woolworths Woolgoolga. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and trolley collection across our store.

As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for customers and staff alike. Your tasks will include sweeping shop floors, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays, and team rooms, as well as emptying bins and collecting trolleys from the car park and surrounding areas.

You will also support various departments within the store by delivering specific cleaning needs, answering customer queries, and providing directions when needed.

Requirements
  • Physical fitness: This role requires physical demands, including standing for long periods and lifting loads between 5-10kgs. You must be able to comfortably handle these requirements to ensure success and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Availability: We require flexibility to work across Monday-Sunday, with shifts starting from 6am or 5pm. Additionally, you should have a good eye for cleanliness and attention to detail.
