About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and physically fit individual to join our cleaning and trolley collection team. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our stores maintain a pristine condition for customers and colleagues alike.

The ideal candidate will have an ambitious mindset, a passion for retail, and a desire to grow their career in the cleaning and trolley collection space and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete daily cleaning tasks allocated to you, including sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolleys, and waste disposal.
  • Collect trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas.
  • Work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions or providing directions when needed.
Requirements
  • Physical fitness is essential for this role, with the ability to comfortably handle demanding tasks and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs.
  • Flexibility to work in various environments, including the shop floor, fridges, freezers, and car parks.
  • Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm.
  • A keen eye for cleanliness and attention to detail.
