Job DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced Cleaning and Trolley Collection Specialist to join our Proactive Services Team in Erina. As part of our dynamic team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our stores are always clean and hygienic for our customers. You'll work closely with your colleagues to complete various tasks such as sweeping the shop floor, collecting trolleys, and emptying bins.
Responsibilities- Tidy up the store: Sweep the shop floor, clean walls, bathrooms, trolley bays, and team room, and empty bins on a daily basis.
- Trolley collection: Collect trolleys from the car park and surrounding areas.
- Work across departments: Deliver specific cleaning needs across different departments.
- Customer service: Assist customers by answering questions or providing directions.
- Physical fitness: Ability to comfortably handle physically demanding tasks.
- Lifting and carrying: Lift loads between 5-10kgs and stand for long periods.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in different environments and availability to work across Monday-Sunday shifts starting from 6am or 5pm.
- A good eye for cleanliness: Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
