Site Operations Leader Opportunity

A challenging role for a Site Operations Leader to oversee our operations in the Coffs Coast Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all functions across multiple sites with 50+ employees
  • Plan for and react to change
  • Engage, lead and develop the team
  • Deliver the overall branch strategy
  • Drive ongoing improvement initiatives
  • Ensure a high-level safety culture
  • Support and motivate the sales team
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and legal requirements

About You:

  • Experience working in a similar leadership role
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • KPI-focused with the ability to perform under pressure
  • The ability to prioritise, think laterally and make things happen
  • Experience in Transport/Logistics/Mobile Service industry
  • Be an approachable and supportive leader
  • Well-developed people and time management skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to be a quick learner
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty and commitment
  • Ability to learn new internal programs and technology
  • Be proactive and strive to upskill
