The Role

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive portfolio growth across residential real estate
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and key industry stakeholders
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and inform business strategies
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to promote the agency's services and brand
  • Collaborate with internal teams (property management, sales, marketing) to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
  • Prepare and present tailored property service proposals to prospective clients
  • Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to senior management

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Business Development Manager role is desirable
  • Hold a real estate certificate or be willing to study
  • Switched on & good communicator
  • Computer Literacy skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced, continually evolving environment
  • Property Management experience is desirable, not mandatory
