The Role
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive portfolio growth across residential real estate
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and key industry stakeholders
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and inform business strategies
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to promote the agency's services and brand
- Collaborate with internal teams (property management, sales, marketing) to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
- Prepare and present tailored property service proposals to prospective clients
- Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to senior management
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Business Development Manager role is desirable
- Hold a real estate certificate or be willing to study
- Switched on & good communicator
- Computer Literacy skills
- Able to thrive in a fast paced, continually evolving environment
- Property Management experience is desirable, not mandatory
