Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Trade Marketing Manager to join our team in Central America.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing trade marketing strategies to maximize the potential of the Red Bull brand in the region.

This includes leading the local sales team, coordinating Key Accounts and Field Sales teams, and managing all means of communication (internal, trade & shopper) to achieve business goals.

The jobholder will project manage all trade-led marketing activities, including developing trade-marketing strategies, recommending and supporting trade activity proposals with commercial backing, and creating channels of communication that contribute to the timely execution of Red Bull initiatives.

  • Develop and implement effective trade-marketing strategies to drive brand growth.
  • Lead and execute consumer activation campaigns, working closely with the field sales team, merchandisers, agencies, and customers.
  • Responsible for developing a clear placement plan for the market and different channels and customers around the region, and coordinating orders with operations.
  • Ensure global POS toolkit is used effectively to adhere to brand guidelines and represent the brand appropriately.
  • Manage all international requests for data sharing and local implementation of international tools.
  • Lead, coach, and guide direct reports of Trade Marketing Specialists.

Key qualifications include 3 years' experience in the FMCG sector, preferably in Trade Marketing, Business Insights, Category Management, Key Account Management, or Traditional and Modern Sales.

Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends are essential. Strategic thinking and ability to lead sales strategy are also required.
