High-Voltage Transmission Expert Wanted

Our company is seeking an experienced Transmission/Stringing Electrical Project Engineer to join its team. This role will involve working on energy transition projects, delivering critical power and communications infrastructure across Australia's eastern seaboard.
Key Responsibilities
- Bid Engineering & Technical Strategy: Analyze RFQs, drawings, specifications, and contract documents for high-voltage works. Develop stringing and tower methodologies aligned to AS/NZS7000 and AS2067.
- Tender Delivery: Collaborate with internal bid writers and commercial staff to ensure technically sound inputs. Stress-test programs against environmental, access, and sequencing constraints.
- Project Readiness & Support: Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams by contributing to methodology briefings and clarifying assumptions.
Requirements
- Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in high-voltage transmission, stringing, or linear infrastructure projects.
- Skilled in tensioning methodology, foundation types, HV safety standards, and outage planning.
