
Australian Market Growth Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to manage key client relationships and drive commercial growth in the Australian market.
The successful candidate will lead full-cycle sales from lead generation through to contract negotiation and close, serving as the primary point of contact for a major client. They will be responsible for managing communications, commercial discussions, and long-term relationship development.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve commercial targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Lead proposal development and presentation to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage pricing models and commercial analysis in Excel to ensure accuracy, transparency, and alignment with client expectations.
- Respond to public procurement processes, coordinating input from internal teams and ensuring timely, high-quality submissions.
- Support the initial planning and design of drone operations to meet client expectations and KPIs.
- Monitor deal progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Timely and high-quality delivery of proposals and pricing documentation.
- Closed-won sales from both key accounts and new national clients.
- Strong and positive client relationships maintained over time.
- Clear, consistent, and proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- High levels of client satisfaction and retention.
