Job Overview

The Australian Marketing Leadership Role

We seek a results-driven Marketing Manager to drive marketing plans and activation of leading brands in our portfolio, focusing on the Australian market.

The ideal candidate will have passion for building relationships, be proud to represent our brands, and have experience in marketing, brand management, and category development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop annual and multi-year brand growth strategies and business plans to deliver against brand vision, business objectives, and financial targets.
  • Recommend and deliver an 18-month Australian marketing calendar.
  • Manage bottler alignment on the marketing agenda, prioritizing portfolio priorities, category/brand strategies, and plans in partnership with Commercial, Customer, and Franchise teams.
  • Assess untapped consumer opportunities through research and collaboration with experts to identify new volume and profit growth areas.
  • Lead global brand plan activation, ensuring best-in-class experiential, media plans, and alignment with our partner.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop new or improved packaging and programs to meet consumer needs and drive System value/business objectives.
  • Drive commercialization of brand positioning, innovation, consumer communications, messaging, and shopper marketing to achieve brand objectives.
  • Provide leadership, clear direction to direct reports, functional reports, and external agencies to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

  • Min. 10+ years experience in brand management and/or marketing in consumer-packaged goods, beverage experience ideal.
