Job Opportunity

We're seeking a proactive Country Manager to help us find innovative growth opportunities and unique partnerships across the Australian market for our B2C products.

This role requires collaboration with internal teams, bringing in new insights, and advising on strategic opportunities that go beyond existing marketing activities.

You'll identify, evaluate, and initiate non-traditional growth opportunities and strategic partnerships in Australia with demonstrable return on ad spend potential.

Main Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, evaluate, and initiate non-traditional growth opportunities and strategic partnerships in Australia
  • Regularly present new growth initiatives to internal stakeholders
  • Provide internal stakeholders with Australian market insights, competitor analysis, and local trends
  • Track and report on Australian market performance metrics/KPIs
  • Represent the brands at events and networking opportunities
Key Qualifications
  • Relevant marketing experience, preferably with a focus on strategic partnerships, local initiatives, community outreach, or brand collaborations
  • Proven track record of developing and executing high-return-on-ad-spend marketing initiatives and partnerships
  • Metrics-driven and analytical, with experience building business cases for new opportunities
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive; excited to pitch new ideas and build new business relationships
