Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily IT operations, including network infrastructure, systems administration, cybersecurity, helpdesk support, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and managing a service desk, developing systems security policies, and ensuring systems performance for business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily IT operations, including network infrastructure, systems administration, cybersecurity, helpdesk support, and vendor management.
  • Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software infrastructure to ensure it is reliable, secure, and scalable to support business and operational needs.
  • Maintain IT infrastructure and operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
  • Track and maintain hardware and software inventory.
  • Identify and mitigate IT infrastructure risks to support business continuity.
  • Develop and implement cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data and systems.
  • Support ongoing maintenance, development, and testing for new and existing systems.
  • Build and manage IT service desk and ticketing system in accordance with SLA.
  • Build dashboard for real-time issue tracking and company-wide visibility.
  • Define and measure IT goals roadmap.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in IT, including 3+ years in network management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems or related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of Avive's applications: Salesforce, Zendesk, Netsuite, Stripe, Celigo, Sequoia, Outreach, Google, Stripe, and Shopify.
  • Network skills, such as managing IT server rooms, network design and maintenance, and warehouse implementation.
  • Effective relationship management, with demonstrated success dealing effectively with customers, vendors, peers, and senior management.
  • Salesforce administration certification preferred.
