The successful candidate will play a vital part in supporting the operations of our Risk, Compliance and Safety systems by providing system and documentation support. This includes undertaking system administration tasks such as user management, lists reviews and configuration, as well as extracting reports and data from various systems and preparing basic snapshots and reports.

You will work collaboratively with all staff to proactively update and maintain our Document Management requirements, including archiving. Additionally, you will process Improvement Requests in an efficient and timely manner, undertake basic research and analysis to inform team activities, and contribute to the preparation of project and activity planning.

About the Role
