Key Responsibilities

As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a large shopping centre. This includes finance, tenant liaison, lease administration, and general office administration duties.

Key Tasks
  • Process and track all AP invoices and expense reimbursements
  • Enter tenant sales, insurance, and lease information into the system
  • Act as a point of contact and establish positive relationships for all supplier, tenant, and customer-related queries
Requirements
  • Previous administrative experience working within a fast-paced office environment
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and reporting
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to problem solve and prioritise multiple tasks
  • A proactive and professional approach
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders
