Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, developing and maintaining comprehensive patient care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour in all aspects of care.
  • Develop and maintain detailed patient care plans, taking into account individual patient needs and preferences.
  • Liaise closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients and coordinate treatments, always prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
Requirements
  • Hold current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Demonstrate minimum 12 months post-graduate experience within the last 5 years in an acute care, primary health care or military setting.
  • Have recent participation in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities.
  • Hold current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification.
