We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate healthcare professional to join our team in delivering exceptional patient care.
This role involves providing high-quality clinical care to patients, developing and maintaining patient care plans, and liaising with the multi-disciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality clinical care to patients
- Develop and maintain patient care plans
- Liaise with the multi-disciplinary healthcare team
- Assess patients and coordinate outpatient and inpatient treatments
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Minimum of 12 months post-graduate experience within the last 5 years in an acute care or primary health care setting
- Recent participation in continuous professional development activities in accordance with AHPRA
- Current cardiopulmonary resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification
- Meaningful work supporting defence personnel
