We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to deliver high-quality clinical care to Australian Defence Force personnel. This role involves working in a multidisciplinary team setting, supporting the diverse mental health needs of military members.
Key Responsibilities:- Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to assess and manage crisis presentations.
- Providing support and assessment for ADF Members, tailoring services to meet their unique needs.
- Developing treatment plans and implementing evidence-based interventions.
- Coordinating care with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless support.
In partnership with a leading healthcare provider, our team delivers integrated healthcare services to ADF personnel across Australia. We provide defence-ready clinical and support staff to 45+ on-base locations, ensuring ADF personnel have access to quality on-site medical care.
Requirements- Current unconditional registration as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience in mental health, preferably in a primary health or specialist mental health setting.
- Recent participation in Continuous Professional Development activities, aligned with AHPRA standards.
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification.
- Paid CPD leave for permanent employees.
