Product Strategy Specialist

About the Role:

  • You will play a critical part in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive our strategic decisions.
  • Your expertise in data analytics and proficiency in SQL will be essential in enhancing our product offerings and internal tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure and track product engagement metrics to understand trends in user behavior and product usage.
  • Analyse data to influence product strategy and make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and maintain data models and pipelines for analytics and reporting.

Dashboards Development:

  • Design and implement BI dashboards for internal teams using leading BI tools.
  • Automate data visualization solutions to reduce manual effort and improve data accessibility.
  • Collaborate with product management to develop MVP feature prototypes by querying real customer data and generating automated reports.

User Management and Engagement:

  • Own user lifecycle management, ensuring users are set up with correct subscription preferences and assigned to appropriate account details.
  • Manage and optimize product engagement campaigns across the user lifecycle including onboarding, activation, retention and re-engagement.
  • Implement campaigns using customer messaging platforms, including emails and in-app messaging.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, product analysis or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to automate data processes and reduce manual effort.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data querying languages.
