Product Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Product Development Specialist to join our Wealth Maximiser team at NobleOak. As a key member of our product development team, you will play a vital role in further developing and improving our hybrid financial planning service.
About the Role:This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to progress their skills in customer-centred product design. You will take ownership of new feature launches and improvement implementation to increase conversion and improve customer experience. Your primary focus will be on driving business outcomes while working closely with others to go all the way from design to build to test to launch.
Main Responsibilities:- Collecting and reviewing customer feedback and service data to identify issues and improvement areas.
- Develop actionable insights and solutions based on data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborating with the wider team to define the product vision and assist in building a strategic product roadmap aligned with the department and company strategy and goals.
- Setting the objectives, milestones, and key results for the team to drive progress and measure success.
- Ideate, design, and prototype product improvements using tools like Figma.
- Prepare detailed requirements and statements for web/content/model developers to build, ensuring specifications are aligned to strategy.
- Liaise with risk and legal to ensure improvements and new features are compliant.
- Support developers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of features and improvements.
- Collaborate with the operational team to prepare improvements for roll out, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an agile and product environment, preferably as a Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst.
- Familiarity with user and web design methodology, and agile development processes.
- Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces – ability to create wireframes and mockups.
- Experience delivering new features to market.
- Ability to work in a super-fast paced environment with low structure and high autonomy.
$120,000 - $150,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
