About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team at DBG Health to cover parental leave. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing designs that effectively communicate our organisation's company vision and brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative and visually appealing designs that align with our brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication of our brand message
  • Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring attention to detail and strong leadership skills
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance design and studio capabilities
  • Support the design studio manager with workload management and update internal databases of designs and other brand assets
  • Collaborate with marketing and other design team members to align design strategies and artwork from creative briefs
  • Take the lead on creative and design projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a designer
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator, Acrobat, After Effects)
  • Basic to intermediate skills in animation
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout design
  • Experience in print and digital media, including catalogue layout design, marketing and store POS, social media graphics, EDMs, social media, and web animation
