About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team at Hanes Brands Inc. as a Brand Implementation Specialist. As a key member of our design studio, you will be responsible for implementing the brand look and feel globally, in line with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement brand guidelines and visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Design and create POS material, packaging, and other marketing materials from concept through to final artwork
  • Manage and create themed windows from concept design to final art that inspire and drive customer dwell time
  • Create new season guidelines/toolkits and templates
  • Provide value-added design solutions that maximize brand impact and return on investment
  • Manage creative time, negotiate deliverables, review creative briefs for accuracy and clarity, establish and commit to artwork deadlines
  • Demonstrate full knowledge of all file types and recommend print processes
  • Update key stakeholders on project progress as required
Requirements
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills to talk to briefs
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Understanding of printing capabilities – local and overseas markets
  • Proven ability to show initiative and recommend solutions to briefs
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to create strong working relationships within the studio team and wider marketing team
  • Experience in Packaging Design and Roll Out
  • Advanced experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design as well as Figma
