About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team at SHERIDAN. As a key member of our design studio, you will be responsible for implementing the brand look and feel globally, in line with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Leadership: Provide creative direction and guidance to the design team, ensuring that all design work meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  • Brand Implementation: Develop and implement brand guidelines, ensuring that all marketing materials, packaging, and visual merchandising align with the brand's overall aesthetic.
  • Visual Merchandising: Design and implement visually appealing window displays and point-of-sale materials that drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Design Development: Conceptualize and develop design ideas for marketing campaigns, packaging, and other retail marketing materials.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure that design solutions meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • Design Expertise: Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills in visual merchandising, branding, and design development.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality design work.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of the retail industry and the importance of design in driving business results.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with design management tools.
