Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce high-quality visual assets for various marketing channels, including email campaigns, websites, social media, and print materials.
  • Conceptualize and design innovative and on-brand visual content that aligns with our brand's aesthetic and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Manager to execute product launch and brand campaign concepts, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Edit video content for campaign launches and social media platforms on a daily basis.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
  • Work closely with the PR and events team to conceptualize and produce designs for events and activations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and creative best practices to ensure our visual content remains cutting-edge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Perform photo retouching and editing as required.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and driven, with confidence in their skill set.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent time management skills.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Qualification in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Video editing experience in Premiere Pro (Final Cut or After Effects also highly valued).
  • Experience working across Paid Social Media.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Exponea, Klavyio, or similar platforms highly valued.
  • Previous experience in the Fashion or Beauty industry advantageous.
  • Experience and understanding of digital marketing best practices across all platforms.
