Kids and Families Team Leader Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role within our kids and families ministry. The successful candidate will champion the cause of children and family across our movement, support local churches, and equip leaders to thrive in their roles.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be passionate about children's and family ministry, and have the ability to work collaboratively with others. They will also be responsible for providing guidance and resources to local churches, as well as encouraging and equipping leaders across the state.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Leading the kids and families ministry team
  • Supporting local churches through resource provision and guidance
  • Encouraging and equipping leaders across the state

In terms of benefits, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families, while also developing valuable leadership skills. It is a 12-month parental leave cover, working 2 days per week from January to December 2026.
