Kids and Family Ministry Champion

We are seeking a skilled leader to champion kids' and family ministry across our movement.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop the QB Kids Team to achieve its mission and goals
- Provide support and resources to local churches to enhance their children's and family ministries
- Encourage and equip leaders across the state to effectively minister to children and families
This is a 12-month parental leave cover role, working 2 days per week from January to December. If you have experience in leading teams and are passionate about children's and family ministry, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing effective strategies to promote kids' and family ministry, providing resources and support to local churches, and equipping leaders to effectively minister to children and families. The ideal candidate will be able to lead and develop a team, build strong relationships with local churches, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be a motivated and organized individual with excellent leadership skills and a passion for children's and family ministry. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
