Strategic Fundraising Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Major Gifts Relationship Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for cultivating and growing relationships with major donors across NSW, Victoria, the ACT, and Tasmania.

  • Cultivating Relationships: You will manage a portfolio of major supporters, including individuals, small business owners, giving circles, and philanthropic networks, to deepen and grow long-term donor relationships that fund life-changing programs.
  • Developing Strategies: Your goal will be to develop tailored engagement plans for each donor, aligned with their interests and giving capacity, to increase giving over time.
  • Promoting Opportunities: Proactively engage new philanthropic prospects and referral networks to grow the donor base and promote opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborating with Teams: Collaborate with program and fundraising teams to craft impactful donor pitches and project proposals that showcase the impact of our work.
  • Representing Our Organisation: Represent us at relevant networking forums, expos, and conferences to build relationships and promote our mission.
