Transforming Lives through Education is a mission that drives us to seek skilled professionals who can contribute significantly. We are in search of an accomplished Fundraising Strategist who will spearhead our fundraising initiatives and make a meaningful impact.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major donors and partners across the country, building on established relationships and forging new connections.

They must possess 3-5 years of fundraising or high-value sales experience, showcasing a proven track record of securing substantial gifts or sales results, as well as strong communication and presentation skills for donor meetings, proposals, and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate significant revenue annually by managing a portfolio of ~75 donors and prospects at the AUD 5,000+ giving level, exceeding targets through astute strategy and effective engagement.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement a mid-level giving strategy, engaging and upgrading donors at the AUD 1,000+ level to enhance overall revenue streams.
  • Cultivate and steward high-value donors by developing tailored engagement and long-term giving strategies, fostering deep connections and driving sustained support.
  • Identify new fundraising opportunities and build a robust pipeline of individual, corporate, and foundation prospects, maintaining a keen eye for emerging trends and innovative approaches.
Donor Engagement & Events
  • Support events in Australia, including fundraising galas, boutique donor gatherings, virtual events, and leadership engagements, ensuring seamless execution and impactful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with global teams to create compelling donor communications, proposals, updates, and stewardship materials, tailoring messages to resonate with diverse audiences.
