Loyalty Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Loyalty Manager to lead our customer loyalty strategy in Melbourne, Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a loyalty strategy that drives customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth across all customer segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a regional loyalty strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
Collaborate with the Head Office Loyalty team to leverage customer data and drive personalized marketing campaigns.
Manage all loyalty activities related to budgeting, workflows, and processes for the assigned region.
Maintain daily interactions with Head Office stakeholders to align on local, regional, and global initiatives.
Collaborate with Loyalty Marketing, Partnerships team, and partner's marketing leaders to ensure aligned world-class loyalty marketing.
Requirements:
High school qualification/Vocational Qualification/Diploma or Equivalent with minimum 7 years of job-related experience.
Strong experience required in Marketing as well as Digital.
Experience in corporate business acquisition, partnerships, and Loyalty Marketing is required.
Must have the legal rights to live and work in Australia to be considered for this role.
