Project Lead

Drive project success and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Oversee complex telecommunications projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.

  • Manage Project Lifecycle: Continuously engage with stakeholders to achieve project goals, oversee the entire project lifecycle, and ensure delivery meets scope, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Maintain a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences throughout the project lifecycle, assessing and addressing customer needs and expectations to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project outcomes.
  • Ensure On-Time and On-Budget Delivery: Prioritize and manage projects to meet deadlines and budget constraints, efficiently utilizing available resources to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Effective Project Control: Establish and maintain essential project controls, including budget management, schedule tracking, risk and issue registers, status reports, and relevant documentation to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion of project milestones.
  • Quality and Communication Leadership: Chair project meetings and ceremonies, collaborating with technical and business teams to uphold high standards of quality and communication throughout the project.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage expertise in analytics, trends, and reporting to enhance business processes and workflows, improving project performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead complex telecommunications projects, end-to-end, with Prince2 and ITIL accreditation.
  2. Deliver large-scale SD-WAN solutions and Telco infrastructure projects.
  3. Manage data centre and cloud transformations, including security features and cloud-native applications.
  4. Translate intricate technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Lead large, matrixed delivery and operational teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.

  3. Experience driving business change and process improvement initiatives, embedding lessons learned into scalable delivery frameworks.
  4. Acute awareness of organizational priorities and challenges, with exposure to IT&T sales environments to balance technical solutions and commercial objectives.
  5. Resilient under pressure, flexible in dynamic settings, and tenacious in overcoming obstacles.
