Job Summary

A senior business analyst role is available for a major transformation program within the telecommunications sector. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to capture requirements, map processes, and support solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for transformation projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business units, technology, and vendors to ensure alignment on scope and deliverables.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Map current and future state processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Support testing, training, and change management activities as required.
  • Ensure all solutions meet compliance, operational, and customer experience objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst in large-scale transformation programs.
  • The telecommunications industry is essential for this role.
  • Strong experience with Siebel CRM (configuration knowledge is a plus).
  • A proven track record in process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
