Guest Service Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team on a casual basis at one of Australia's most stunning tropical destinations. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the welcoming face of the resort, ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and positive experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Answer enquiries in person, by phone, and via email
  • Assist with reservations and payments
  • Provide local knowledge and recommendations to enhance guest stays
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Previous front office or customer service experience (hotel/resort preferred)

  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
