Resort Ambassador

As a key member of our resort team, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and positive experience from check-in to check-out.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism
• Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Answering enquiries in person, by phone, and via email
• Assisting with reservations and payments
• Providing local knowledge and recommendations to enhance guest stays
• Handling guest feedback and resolving issues in a timely manner

Key Performance Indicators:

• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Meeting or exceeding guest satisfaction targets
• Ensuring a seamless and efficient check-in/check-out process

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel software systems
• Physical ability to lift and move items up to 25kg
