We have a fast-paced and rewarding opportunity for a Business Development and Sales Executive to join our sales team based in Malaga, WA.


This role requires a genuine passion for sales, customer engagement, and the thrill of the chase. You will be responsible for hunting and securing new business opportunities across small to medium enterprises, ensuring long-term growth and profitability for the division.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Ensure long-term growth and profitability of the division by identifying and developing relationships with key clients and generating new business
  • Submit quotes and follow up on leads to close sales
  • Provide excellent customer service and build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Meet sales targets in accordance with business metrics and targets
  • Collaborate with other business units at Cleanaway

About You

  • A passion for business development and sales experience generating new business
  • Proven experience in a structured sales or business development environment
  • Previous experience in using a Customer Relationship Management tool, such as Salesforce, is preferred
  • Excellent time management and calendar organization to ensure adequate time infield and manage administration tasks
  • This is an autonomous role, so you must be a self-starter
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A tenacious, resilient attitude and results-focused approach
  • Work well under pressure, hunting opportunities, and driving new business
