About the Role

We are seeking a professional, innovative, and driven Account Manager to manage and develop the largest corporate businesses in Western Australia's Corporate / Enterprise sector.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximising revenue potential by continually expanding Konica Minolta's market presence in WA while driving growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our current customers.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Driving market share growth through existing customers and new business in the Corporate & Enterprise vertical.
  • Identifying and developing multi-level relationships within nominated accounts and prospects.
  • Working with customers and project managers to manage fleet and solution rollouts.
  • Increasing revenue streams and customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of the Konica Minolta offering and the vertical industries of nominated accounts.
  • Maintaining and regularly updating CRM.
  • Developing an action plan to maintain relationships and regular contact within nominated accounts and opportunities.
  • Achieving the revenue target set out for your area/portfolio.
  • Being an active member of the WA Branch, helping to drive innovation, continue the development of a high-performance culture, and contribute to the achievement of Branch goals.

To be qualified for this position, you will ideally have:

  • A proven ability to create customer value through the sale of solutions and managed services.
  • A proven background in Business Development and Sales into Tier 1 and 2 accounts.
  • Demonstrable presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency with CRM applications.
  • A proven ability to develop account strategy, write, and execute business plans.
  • Hands-on management of internal processes and stakeholders through the sales process.
  • Strong administration and project management skills to ensure deadlines and milestones are met.
  • Exposure to sales training methodologies.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to monitor performance against deadlines and milestones.
  • The ability to work autonomously and part of a team.
  • Australian driver's license and Australian residency.
