Financial Planning Assistant
- Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients, and in many cases be the first point of contact.
- Develop long-term rapport with your aligned clients and where appropriate, attend client meetings.
- Provide the highest quality pro-active support to clients, Private Wealth Advisers and the Head Client Relationship Manager.
- Perform administration functions including, but not limited to, data management, preparation of client reports, as well as required paperwork and the subsequent management of implementation.
- Manage incoming and outgoing client correspondence.
- Adhere to internal procedures.
- Assist Private Wealth Advisers and the Head Client Relationship Manager with key projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to develop and maintain personable client relationships.
- Ability to operate within a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products.
