Leader of Employee Experience

The role of the Employee Experience Leader is a key position in our organisation, responsible for ensuring a seamless hiring and onboarding process.
The incumbent will be accountable for collecting data and information to support HR processes related to the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate employment records;
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, and regulations to employees and colleagues;
- Serving as the point of contact for administrative personnel management;
- Implementing regulatory updates and labor law changes;
- Collecting and analysing workforce data to inform HR strategies;
- Coordinating Visa/Immigration processes.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- A university degree;
- Previous experience in a similar HR role;
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
