Team Leader

Lead a team of HR generalists to deliver best practice employee experience administrative and support services across the employee life cycle.
- Drive business objectives and improve processes;
- Identify opportunities for improvement and standardisation on processes and service delivery;
- Manage vendors and deliver supply chain support;
- Collaborate with P&C Leaders and their teams to deliver end-to-end operational services and processes;
- Ensure seamless delivery of services within agreed SLAs.
This role requires strong leadership skills, passion for continuous improvement, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you have a proven track record in HR generalist roles and are motivated by working in a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you.
