Employee Experience Leader - Retail

This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days in the office.

Overview

As a member of the People & Culture Business Partnering team, you will support regional managers to provide effective employee experience to business stakeholders while keeping up pace with operational needs.

Responsibilities
  • Executes key priorities and deliverables for the retail organization.
  • Leverages deep business understanding to identify issues, diagnose root causes, and develop proactive solutions.
  • Provides insights and feedback to in-market centers of excellence and retail leaders.
  • Translates business strategy into informed P&C decisions and talent planning activities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Psychology.
