As a key strategic leader, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to drive business growth and success in our organization.

About the Role

This leadership position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of business operations, including administration, resource management, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading business operations, human resources, and administration support in an aged care, home care, or disability environment.

To succeed in this role, you must be a driven self-starter with proven success in a similar position, demonstrating a high level of integrity, empathy, and emotional intelligence. Your strong planning and communication skills will enable you to manage workloads and achieve outcomes in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Key Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in business administration or extensive relevant experience
  • Previous experience in HR Management highly regarded
  • Influenza and Covid-19 Vaccinations/Booster
  • Current National Police Clearance for Aged Care
  • Experience in the Aged Care, Home Care, or Disability sector essential
  • Current Drivers license, comprehensive insurance, and motor vehicle registration
  • Sound understanding of consumer-directed care and dignity of risk principles
  • A strong command of English, including excellent written and verbal skills
  • A collaborative approach and ability to work as part of a team
