About This Opportunity
">- As a strategic business leader, you will be responsible for driving complex business initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple strategic projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and manage project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives, leveraging expertise in financial analysis, data interpretation, and stakeholder communication.
- Prepare clear and compelling presentations and reports for executive-level audiences, showcasing key insights and recommendations.
- Directly manage vendors and contractors as required, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting or in-house strategy delivery roles, preferably in retail, consumer, or technology sectors.
- Tertiary qualification in finance, economics, commerce, statistics, engineering, or related fields; management qualifications viewed favorably.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with ability to structure complex problems for various stakeholders.
- Experience in financial analysis, including business case development, is essential.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale, complex cross-functional projects and work streams.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, adapting tone and language for diverse audiences.
- Capacity to work effectively within teams, understanding broader objectives and serving as a coach for junior team members.
- A growth mindset, with willingness to continuously learn and adapt in an evolving environment.
