Job Description:

The ICT Strategic Leader will be responsible for overseeing the effective operation and efficiency of computing systems, platforms, and equipment. This role requires providing technical delivery, guidance, and oversight to technical teams, as well as representing the organization and working with partners, vendors, and customers regarding technical components, implementations, deployments, tools, and designs for successful product and solution delivery.

This involves providing technical expertise across a broad range of ICT. The ICT Strategic Leader will perform, guide, and inform technical activity to enable successful outcomes. They will offer senior technical incident and troubleshooting expertise. Additionally, they will evaluate internal functions, IT processes, and suggest improvements. They will also provide input to business architecture and systems processing guidance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide technical guidance on a broad range of ICT solutions.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to support business objectives.
  • Evaluate and improve internal processes and procedures.
  • Provide input to business architecture and systems design.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field, along with extensive experience in Enterprise and/or Government ICT. They will have broad experience across multiple ICT scopes and technologies, as well as proven delivery experience across broad end-to-end technical solutions.

They will possess excellent technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have proven team leadership, prioritization, and motivational skills.
