Business Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned strategic business professional to spearhead our business growth initiatives in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for the region
  • Buildd and maintain key stakeholder relationships, both internal and external
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business development inquiries in Australia and New Zealand
  • Drive business growth through new business wins and sustainment opportunities
  • Pursue cross-functional initiatives to enhance business success

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of defence and national security sectors, including contemporary issues and technologies
  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant fields or equivalent experience in defence or national security operations
  • Proven track record in bid management, program delivery, and execution in defence or national security environments
  • Expertise in project management tools and methodologies
