**12 Month Fixed-Term Opportunity for a Strategic Team Leader**

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a Strategic Team Leader. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in our organization, driving business growth and success through effective leadership and strategic planning.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and developing and implementing effective strategies. They will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring smooth project execution, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a small team of officers and coordinators to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and success
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the team, including workflow activities and task management
  • Facilitate team meetings and manage team resources
  • Ensure seamless onboarding process for new team members

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years' experience in a similar role with a strong track record of leadership and team management
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, with a focus on quality and results
