Child Development Specialist

We are passionate about improving the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.

You will play a vital role in designing and supervising programs for children with autism, typically ages 2-10. Your expertise will be invaluable in creating function-based interventions and overseeing staff development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting functional behavior assessments to identify the root causes of challenging behaviors
  • Designing and modifying treatment plans to meet individual client needs
  • Providing training to staff on evidence-based practices and program implementation
  • Leading team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Collaborating with caregivers and other professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
