**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Program Manager to lead our children's autism programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and supervising programs for children with autism, typically ages 2-10.

**Primary Responsibilities Include**:

- Conducting functional behaviour assessments to inform program development.
- Designing and modifying client treatment plans to meet individual needs.
- Conducting staff and parent training to ensure effective implementation of programs.
- Leading team meetings to discuss program progress and address any challenges.
- Collaboration with caregivers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for children and families.
- Upholding professional and ethical standards in all aspects of work.
- Disseminating information regarding ASD and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) through training and presentations.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Designing function-based interventions for in-home and centre-based clients.
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder is essential.
- Proven ability to supervise and oversee staff and program development is required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and time management skills are necessary for success in this role.
