This role involves providing comprehensive support to enable people with disabilities to live independently and comfortably in their own homes.

As a Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients and be part of a collaborative team that prioritises responsiveness and consideration.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A proactive approach and empathy towards others.
  • Variety of hobbies such as sewing, arts, gardening, cooking, and scrapbooking.
  • Experience in outdoor activities and pursuits.
  • A practical understanding of hygiene assistance and commitment to care.
  • Enthusiasm for social activities and one-on-one engagement.
  • Understanding of physical limitations and a safe approach.
  • Creativity, enthusiasm, sensitivity, and emotional stability.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in communication.

In addition, we require:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, Community Services or equivalent.
  • A current National Police Certificate.
  • An open valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
  • Physical capability to meet the requirements of the role.
  • A current First Aid Certificate.
